A place of your own.
Ahh the weekend, time to look around and think about what needs to be done. This is my own place and I have only myself to rely on to get things around her picked up, and sorted out. I guess I know what I need to do. But it comes with having your own place, something you own. When I went out to get this place I went to a small real estate company but hey its Kerrvile, it was nothing like going to Prudential Douglas Elliman which is New York’s Largest Real Estate Company. They deal with all the big time communities from Manhattan to Montauk. Stuff in the Hamptons, and North Fork real estate. I thought I would be intimidated by going to a real estate office but they made me feel at home, and what I noticed about Douglas Elliman is that they will guide you along on a personal journey to find the right place for you. So even though they are big they are going to give you that family feel. I think that would be the only way I would be comfortable with looking at places up in New York.
