So I got home from work craving some flame grilled chicken but I don’t have a place for grilling chicken and to top it off there are no El Pollo Loco close enough for an impulse trip for some goodness. I decided to make some chicken on my own…but it didn’t turn out right. There is defiantly no match for the flame grilled goodness at El Pollo Loco. Watch the video below and trust me, it took me a good 40 minutes to wash out my dryer…..just watch.
